Procedures for Applying or Resetting NTHU student Dormnet Account & Password

📌 Target Audience:
Regular Degree-Seeking Students (Undergraduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. students residing in NTHU dormitories).

⚠️ Notice for Exchange / Non-Degree / Short-term Students:
This guide is ONLY for official degree students with a permanent Student ID and AIS access. If you are an Exchange Student, Visiting Student, or Short-term Scholar, please refer to the Short Term Exchange Student Link or contact the StudentID Issuing Unit / Department for assistance.

  1. Login AIS. Connect to https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/index.php?lang=english
  2. Enter your AIS password.

  3. Click “Division of Network Systems”

  4. Click right side “Division of Network Systems”

  5. Click bottom “Dormnet Account” (NTHU IP Only)

  6. Click “Network Usage Policy” and “Regulations for Using DormNet” first. Set the password and Accept.
  7. After applying the NTHU student Dormnet account, procedures for apply DormNet.
